  • The best way to book our services is through our online estimate form, which helps us gather the necessary information for an accurate quote.

    Please note that the same team members who answer calls also provide services, so if we are unable to answer, leave a message with your contact number, and we will get back to you promptly.

  • We understand that plans can change. Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We appreciate it.

  • We strive to serve as much of the Greater Seattle area as possible. Based in Renton, WA 98059, we typically cover a 15-20 mile radius.

    For locations beyond this range, we can accommodate larger contracts. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.

  • It’s not necessary for you to be present during the cleaning/service, but you’re more than welcome to be if you prefer. Many of our clients provide us with access instructions, and we take care of the rest.

  • We send an invoice to your email and you can pay using your preferred method. We accept all major cards, Apple Pay, Klarna, and ACH Bank Transfers.

  • Yes, we use eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning solutions that are safe for both children and pets.

  • At this time, we do not offer removal or disposal of unwanted items. Please ensure a garbage bin or similar container is available for us if there is any trash.

  • We recommend at least once a year, but homes with pets or high traffic may need more frequent cleanings.

Airbnb / Vrbo Servicing

  • Our cleaning services ensure your property is spotless and guest-ready by thoroughly cleaning all living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and dining areas. We also handle laundry and restock essential supplies (please have extra stock on hand). We aim to provide a welcoming and pristine environment for every guest.

  • Yes, we can restock most supplies you have if you would like us to. We would need communication of your needs in advance, and the supplies would be added to the total bill.
    Please reach out for a quote, the total would depend on where the supplies need to be purchased from and how many items.

Garage Organization & Cleaning

  • We offer comprehensive garage cleaning and organizing. This includes sweeping, dusting, and general organizing to make your garage neat and functional.

  • Though our focus is on decluttering, cleaning, and organizing your garage space to maximize its functionality and appeal, we’d be happy to look into storage options and shelving for you. This is a case-by-case service, and a quote would be dependent on number of containers/shelves purchased, set up time, and the total would be included in the bill.

    A deposit may be required if you would like us to purchase supplies for you.
